Shipping Policy – Renewable Depot

Thank you for shopping with Renewable Depot. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and describes any related fees.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rate, and Methods

We ship to most countries worldwide. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timing may vary based on customs processing, carrier schedules, and local holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • A confirmation of shipment
  • A tracking number and link to the carrier’s website

Use this information to monitor your package until delivery.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. Renewable Depot does not collect these fees at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

Renewable Depot is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, delivery times may exceed the estimates above.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status indicates a lost shipment, please contact us at hello@renewabledepot.com within 30 days of the ship date, and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, retain all packaging and photos of the damage, and contact the carrier directly to file a damage claim. You may also notify us at hello@renewabledepot.com for support.
