Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or is missing parts?
A: Please email hello@renewabledepot.com with photos and your order number within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes! All products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
